Alongi Service Industries proudly introduces the
KM1290 line of Kit Mixers, portable powerhouses for all your small batch mixing
and dispersing needs. These mixers are designed to be the most efficient way to
disperse small batches of ink ranging from 1 to 30 lbs. Their lightweight,
compact design allows them to be portable yet rugged, making them great for
in-plant or production floor use.
Because the highest quality materials and
craftsmanship go into each unit, this allows for years of trouble free
operation. Each mixer comes equipped with a ½ hp variable speed motor/drive
assembly providing quick and easy dispersion of up to 30 lb. batches with
pigment, on down to 1 lb. batches of varnish or any other pre-milled inks, thus
eliminating the high cost of re-milling.
With their direct drive design, the KM1290 line
offers power and safety by eliminating unnecessary chains, belts, and other
dangerously exposed moving parts. This virtually eliminates the high cost of
replacement parts and maintenance which is required of other similar machines.
The direct drive design enables the KM1290 line to run circles around the
competition.
Every mixer is backed by a 3 year warranty on the
mixer itself and a 2 year manufacturers warranty on the motor/drive assembly.
